OUR STORY

A Growing Family of Faith in the Heart of Bedford

MCAG Bedford was established on 1st December 2024 as a vibrant and growing Christian community here in Bedford. Though we are a young church, we are passionate, prayerful, and full of expectation for everything God is doing in our town and in the lives of those who call our church family home. From the very first gathering, our heart has been clear: to be a welcoming place of worship, fellowship, and spiritual growth — a community where people encounter the love of Jesus and grow together in faith. Since our launch, we have gathered every Sunday at the Trinity Leisure Centre on Bromham Road, creating a warm, accessible, and Spirit-filled environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

We are not just a church that gathers on Sundays — we are a church on a mission. From our very beginnings, MCAG Bedford has been passionate about outreach, evangelism, and community-based programmes across Bedford.

We believe that the message of Jesus changes lives, restores families, and transforms communities. That is why we actively step beyond our walls — sharing the Gospel, serving our neighbours, and extending the love of God to all.

Our outreach work reflects the heart of who we are: a community committed to spiritual development on the inside and community transformation on the outside.

OUR CHURCH FAMILY

MCAG Bedford is currently home to a thriving family of around 30 members, made up of adults, youth, and children. Each Sunday, we welcome an average weekly attendance of at least 22 members and friends.

We may be a small but mighty community — and we believe that what God is building here is only just beginning. Every new face adds something beautiful to our family, and we cannot wait to welcome yours.

Whether you are coming alone, with friends, or as a family, there is space for you, your story, and your journey of faith.

OUR SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP

MCAG Bedford is currently overseen by Rev. Mrs. Pauline Donkor, the Head Pastor of MCAG Edmonton. Under her seasoned spiritual leadership and guidance, our Bedford branch continues to grow in faith, in number, and in impact across the community. We are deeply grateful for the wider Miracle Centre family — and for the prayer, mentorship, and covering that strengthen us as we plant deep roots here in Bedford.

Rev. Michael Darko leads the Barking Branch of Miracle Centre Assemblies of God, UK, serving the East London community through dynamic preaching, pastoral care, and outreach ministry.

He is passionate about creating an environment where individuals and families can encounter God, grow spiritually, and experience genuine Christian fellowship.
