We believe that strong churches are built on strong, well-equipped leaders. Our pastors, ministry heads, and emerging leaders carry a weighty calling — to preach the undiluted Word of God, to shepherd His people faithfully, and to guide the next generation into the fullness of their purpose.

To do this well, they must be continually trained, resourced, and equipped.

Partner with us in raising funds to equip our church leaders and ministry heads across our four branches in Edmonton, Barking, Northolt, and Bedford.

What We Are Raising For

Our Leadership Equipping Fund supports:

  • Theological training and ministerial accreditation through Assemblies of God, Great Britain and partner institutions
  • Ongoing leadership development — courses, conferences, and retreats
  • Resource materials — books, study tools, and ministry curriculum
  • Coaching and mentorship for emerging pastors and ministry heads
  • Skills training for our worship, prayer, outreach, youth, children’s, and Sunday school department leaders

Every pound invested in our leaders is a pound invested in the spiritual health of the whole church.
